User Agreement

Last updated: 20 October 2026 · v1.0

This page is generated from the same source as the agreement accepted in the app.

1. Parties and Formation of the Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded between Quidit (the “Company”), whose contact details are set out below, and the person (the “User”) who becomes a member of the mobile application and/or internet-based service named Quidit (the “Application”).

Website: https://quidit.app
E-mail / Support: support@quidit.app

The Agreement is concluded electronically at the moment the User ticks the box on the registration screen indicating that the User has read and accepted the Agreement and completes the membership process. The date and time of the User’s acceptance and the relevant version of the Agreement may be kept in electronic records.

2. Subject and Scope of the Application

The Application enables the User, for the purpose of supporting the User’s process of quitting smoking, to hold voice and/or written conversations with an artificial intelligence-supported coach; to track the User’s smoking habits, daily routines, goals and progress; and to receive personalised recommendations, a quit plan, reminders and in-app activities.

The Application may also offer optional features that are activated at the User’s choice: location-based reminders relating to places designated by the User, and a voice cloning feature that enables the artificial intelligence coach to speak with a voice created from the User’s own voice. These features are switched off by default and operate only if the User activates them.

The current features of the Application, the supported devices and operating system versions, the technical requirements and the scope of any paid services are disclosed through the application store pages, the website https://quidit.app and in-app notices.

3. Age Requirement

The Application is intended solely for persons who have reached the age of 18 and have capacity to act. Persons under the age of 18 may not become members of or use the Application. The User’s date of birth is requested during registration and membership is not created for persons who are understood not to have reached the age of 18. The performance of this check does not remove the User’s obligation to provide accurate information.

If the Company determines that the User is under the age of 18 or provided untrue information during registration, it may suspend or close the account. Where such an account is identified, notification may be made via the e-mail address privacy@quidit.app.

4. Membership and Account Security

The User accepts that the information provided during registration, including name, surname, date of birth or year of birth and e-mail address, is accurate, up to date and belongs to the User.

Account information is personal. The User is obliged not to share the password and other information providing access to the account with third parties and to exercise due care against unauthorised access.

If the User becomes aware of unauthorised use of or a security breach in the account, the User shall notify the Company without delay via the e-mail address support@quidit.app.

The User may not transfer the account to another person; may not create an account on behalf of another person or use another person’s account.

5. Artificial Intelligence Coach and Important Health-Related Warnings

The content generated by the artificial intelligence coach is in the nature of general information, motivation and behaviour change support. The Application is not a healthcare institution; it does not replace examination, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, psychotherapy or emergency assistance services provided by a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist or any other healthcare professional.

Responses generated by artificial intelligence may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for the User’s personal circumstances. The User should consult an authorised healthcare professional in case of doubt regarding health condition, medication use, pregnancy, chronic illness, mental health or nicotine withdrawal. Where there is a difference between the recommendations of the healthcare professional and the content of the Application, the User should rely on the guidance of the healthcare professional.

In an emergency or life-threatening situation, the Application must not be used; the 112 Emergency Call Centre must be called immediately or the nearest healthcare institution must be contacted. The Application is not a system that continuously monitors emergencies and cannot provide emergency intervention.

The Company does not undertake that the Application will definitively bring about the result of quitting smoking, that a result will be obtained within a specific period or that no relapse will occur. The User’s result may vary depending on the User’s personal circumstances, pattern of use of the Application and, where necessary, receipt of professional support.

6. Voice Conversations, Personal Data and Separate Consents

Where a voice conversation is held with the artificial intelligence coach, the voice is processed during the conversation, speech may be converted into text and the content of the conversation may be processed in order to generate coaching responses suitable for the User; no permanent audio recording of the conversation is kept. Smoking habits, withdrawal symptoms and health information shared during conversations may contain special categories of personal data.

Details regarding the processing of personal data are explained in the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data. For the processing of health data on the basis of explicit consent, an explicit consent separate from this Agreement is obtained from the User. As the core functions of the Application require the processing of health data, membership cannot be created without this explicit consent being given. The User may withdraw the explicit consent at any time; as the Application cannot be provided without the processing of health data, withdrawal of consent takes place by way of closure of the account and the provisions of Article 12 apply. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent until the moment of withdrawal; the provisions of the legislation are reserved in respect of data which must be retained on the basis of another legal ground.

Consent to commercial electronic messages is optional, is obtained separately and is not a precondition of membership or of the artificial intelligence coach service.

The optional voice cloning feature is activated with the explicit consent which the User gives separately and specifically for this feature; this consent is not a precondition of membership and may be withdrawn at any time.

The User should not share, during conversations, personal data of third parties that is not necessary or special categories of personal data other than health data.

7. Rules of Use

The User shall use the Application in accordance with the law, the rules of good faith and its purpose. The following conduct is prohibited:

8. Fees and Purchases

Some features of the Application may be offered free of charge, while some features may be offered in return for credits sold in-app. The content and price of the credit package, taxes and the cancellation and refund conditions are shown to the User before the purchase transaction. The Application does not include subscriptions, automatically renewing payments or trial periods. Payment may be collected via the Apple App Store on iOS, via Google Play on Android and via the payment service provider Creem on the website, and the payment and refund rules of the relevant provider may also apply. For the verification of purchases made in the mobile application and the crediting of the credits to the User’s account, use is made of RevenueCat, a purchase infrastructure service provider.

The rights of a User who is a consumer arising from mandatory legislation are reserved. The purchase transaction is completed through the purchase flow of the platform on which the transaction is carried out; the pre-contractual information, approval and confirmation steps relating to the purchase and the withdrawal and refund processes are carried out by the relevant platform within the framework of its own terms and the legislation in force. The credits are allocated to the User’s account following the approval of the payment and become ready for use.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Nature of the credits

Credits are a virtual right of use that is used in artificial intelligence features within Quidit (coach messages, voice conversations, task feedback, etc.). Credits cannot be converted into cash, cannot be transferred between accounts or assigned to third parties and cease to be valid when the account is deleted. In the cases permitted by the Application, a User may purchase credits on behalf of another User; in this case the credits are allocated directly to the account of the User on whose behalf the purchase is made and this transaction is not deemed to be an assignment.

9.2. Used credits

No refund is made for used credits. It is recommended that the User carefully review the content and price of the credit package before the purchase transaction.

9.3. Unused purchases

Refund requests relating to unused purchases are subject to the refund policies of the platform on which the purchase was made and to mandatory consumer legislation: the processes of the Apple App Store apply to iOS purchases, those of Google Play to Android purchases and those of the payment service provider Creem (Merchant of Record) to web purchases.

9.4. How to submit a refund request

The User may send refund requests to support@quidit.app together with the transaction date, the package name and the receipt/order number. For web purchases, the help link in the e-mail receipt sent by Creem may also be used. For App Store and Google Play purchases, the refund process is carried out through the relevant store’s own channels.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual and industrial property rights in the software, design, trademark, logo, texts, visuals, database, the systemic structure of the artificial intelligence coach and the other elements of the Application belong to the Company and/or the relevant right holders. The User is granted only a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive right of use for personal and non-commercial purposes for the term of the Agreement.

The rights in the content transmitted by the User to the Application belong to the User. The User permits the technical processing of this content to the extent necessary for the provision of the service, the maintenance of its security and the generation of responses to the User. This provision does not constitute an independent legal ground or explicit consent in respect of the processing of personal data.

11. Operation of the Service, Updates and Third-Party Services

The Company may carry out maintenance, updates and technical changes in order to protect the security and functionality of the Application. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, security needs, infrastructure failures or problems arising from the internet or the device. The Company endeavours to ensure the continuity of the service to a reasonable extent; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation.

The Application may make use of third-party infrastructures for hosting, cloud computing, voice conversation, conversion of speech into text, artificial intelligence model, notification, e-mail, payment and support services. The recipient groups to which personal data is transferred are explained in the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data. Third-party links or services may be subject to their own terms.

12. Suspension of the Account and Termination

The User may close the account via the “Delete account” option on the Profile page of the application or via the e-mail address support@quidit.app. The account deletion request is subject to a waiting period of 30 days; the User may withdraw the request by logging into the account within this period. At the end of the waiting period the account is permanently closed and the unused credits in the account cease to be valid. The User may also choose to reset only the progress data without closing the account. Closure of the account does not eliminate payment obligations that have arisen or records that must be retained under the legislation. The deletion and retention of personal data are carried out in accordance with the relevant information notice and the retention and destruction rules.

The Company may suspend or terminate the account in the event of a material breach of the Agreement, failure to meet the age requirement, unlawful use, a security risk, infringement of third-party rights or a legal obligation. To the extent the nature of the breach permits, the User is notified in advance and given the opportunity to remedy. Urgent security and legal compliance measures may be applied immediately.

13. Liability

The parties shall perform their obligations arising from the Agreement in accordance with the legislation. The liability of the Company for its intent or gross negligence and in respect of the rights of the consumer arising from mandatory legislation cannot be limited. The Company is liable, in proportion to its fault, for the consequences arising from the User’s device, internet connection, third-party services or use contrary to the Agreement.

The User accepts that the outputs of artificial intelligence do not replace a professional health assessment and that important health decisions should not be based solely on the output of the Application. This provision does not eliminate the Company’s obligations of care and security arising from the legislation.

14. Amendments to the Agreement

The Company may update the Agreement due to changes in legislation, security, technical infrastructure or the scope of the service. Amendments that materially affect the rights and obligations of the User are notified before they enter into force by in-app notification, e-mail or another appropriate method. Where the legislation requires re-acceptance, approval is additionally obtained from the User. The current text and information on previous versions are kept accessible via the website https://quidit.app and the Application.

15. Notices

The Company may send notices relating to the service and the account to the User’s registered e-mail address, by in-app notification or through other channels permitted by the legislation. The User is obliged to update changes in contact details. The User may send requests to the Company via the e-mail address support@quidit.app.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Agreement is governed by Turkish law. In respect of Users who are consumers, the application and jurisdiction rules provided for in the legislation pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers are reserved. This provision does not limit the User’s right to apply to other authorities authorised by law.

17. Final Provisions

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Agreement does not affect the validity of the other provisions. The Company’s failure to exercise a right immediately does not mean that it has waived that right. The Agreement is to be construed together with its annexes and the mandatory notices referred to; explicit consents and commercial message consents are not mandatory annexes of the Agreement and are subject to separate choices.
