As I have been informed in the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data; to the processing of my health data which I share in relation to my smoking status for the purposes of holding conversations with the artificial intelligence coach, understanding my smoking habits, creating coaching recommendations, a quit plan and in-app activities suitable for me and tracking my progress, and to its sharing with the technical service providers necessary for the provision of the service;
As the core functions of Quidit require the processing of my health data, I know that I cannot create a membership without giving this explicit consent.
I know that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time; that, as Quidit cannot be provided without my health data being processed, the withdrawal of my consent will take place by way of closure of my account; and that for this purpose I may use the “Delete account” option on the Profile page of the application or send my request to the e-mail address privacy@quidit.app.
As I have been informed in the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data; where I activate the optional voice cloning feature, to the processing of my own audio recording which I upload for this purpose and of the voice model created from this recording for the purpose of the artificial intelligence coach addressing me with this voice, and to its sharing with the technical service provider necessary for the provision of this feature;
My not giving or my withdrawing this consent does not prevent my Quidit membership or my benefiting from the artificial intelligence coach service. I know that I may withdraw this consent at any time by switching off the relevant preference in the application and deleting the voice model created.
