This policy describes how the Quidit app and its AI features may be used. It forms an integral part of the User Agreement and restates provisions already set out there; it introduces no new obligations. By using the App you agree to comply with this policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. It is not designed for persons under 18 and creating an account for them is prohibited.
You may use the App only for personal and lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:
Steering the AI coach towards harmful output is prohibited. This includes requests for instructions to harm yourself or others, planning illegal activity, hate speech, sexual content, harassment, and generating misleading claims about third parties. Attempts to disable or circumvent the safety and crisis-detection layers fall under the same prohibition. AI output passes through automated moderation; attempts to defeat that moderation may result in account suspension.
The App does not provide medical services, treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions or professional psychotherapy, and it does not replace any healthcare institution, physician, psychologist or therapist. All content, including in-app crisis detection and safety checks, is for information and motivation only. Never use the App as an emergency channel. In a medical emergency, in case of suicidal thoughts or in any crisis, immediately call your local emergency number: 112 in Türkiye and Europe, 911 in the US (in the US you can also call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). For free quit-smoking counselling, call the Ministry of Health ALO 171 Quit Smoking Advice Line in Türkiye, 1-800-QUIT-NOW in the US, or your national quitline elsewhere in Europe.
Coaching content is generated by large language models, which can produce incorrect, incomplete or fabricated information (“hallucinations”). Treat AI responses like support from a friend; do not base health decisions solely on them and verify important information with a healthcare professional.
Your account is personal. Sharing, transferring or operating it with more than one person is prohibited. Running the App in bulk through automated tooling, republishing its responses in your own product, and reselling credits are likewise prohibited.
In case of violation we may suspend or terminate your account with prior notice, or immediately for serious violations. Unused credits in accounts closed for violation are not refunded. You can report suspected violations to support@quidit.app.
